Peran Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Kecerdasan Spiritual Terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM) Di Kota Malang

Abstract

MSMEs have become an important pillar in the economy in Indonesia over the past few years. The rapid development of MSMEs becomes a field of study that is always interesting to research. This research aims to analyze the influence of the role of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence in influencing the financial management of MSMEs. By taking a quantitative approach, the sample was obtained by purposive sampling from a number of MSME partners that have been woven by STIE Indocakti. A total of 52 MSME samples have been qualified and sampled in this study. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors. Through multiple regression analysis, simultaneous and  partial testing of research problems is carried out. The results showed a simultaneous influence between intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the financial management of MSMEs. But through partial testing found evidence of emotional intelligence has no effect on the financial management of MSMEs.
